The game will not launch or crashes on start

1. Update your graphics driver (NVIDIA, AMD or Intel).
2. Install the latest Visual C++ Redistributable and DirectX.
3. Right-click the game and choose Run as administrator once.
4. Temporarily disable overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience, screen recorders).
5. Verify the files if you installed through a launcher.

If it still crashes, send us the log: open %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow and find the game's folder, then attach Player.log to a ticket.
